Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Daftar ("Daftar", "the Service"). By creating a firm account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself and your firm.

1. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and authorised to bind your firm. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity on your account.

2. Your responsibilities

  • You may only upload receipts, invoices, and related accounting documents that you have the right to process on behalf of yourself or your clients.
  • You will obtain any consents from your clients required by applicable law before forwarding their receipts to Daftar.
  • You will not attempt to access another firm's data, reverse-engineer the Service, or use it to violate any law.

3. Plans, billing and usage

  • Daftar is offered on monthly and annual subscription plans with a per-firm receipt cap.
  • Overage above your plan cap is billed at $0.10 per additional receipt unless your plan states otherwise. You will be notified before any overage is charged.
  • Subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled. You can cancel from the billing settings at any time.
  • First-time purchases include a 14-day money-back guarantee. After that window, fees already paid are not pro-rated on cancellation.

4. AI extraction quality

Daftar provides confidence scores on every extracted field and surfaces low-confidence results in a review queue. We aim for high accuracy on the field set described in our marketing materials, but extractions may contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing approved receipts before relying on them for bookkeeping, tax filing, or financial reporting.

5. Third-party integrations

When you connect Google Sheets, Stripe, or any other third-party service, your use of that service is governed by its own terms. We are not responsible for outages or changes to third-party platforms.

6. Data, exports and deletion

You retain all rights to your firm's receipts, extractions, and exports. We may store and process them only to provide the Service. On request, we will help you export all of your firm's data in CSV / XLSX format before deletion.

7. Acceptable use

  • No malware, illegal content, or content that infringes third-party rights.
  • No attempts to overwhelm the Service or evade rate limits.
  • No use of Daftar to compete directly with Daftar.

8. Service availability

We work hard to keep Daftar online and fast but the Service is provided "as is" without warranties of uninterrupted availability except where a higher SLA is explicitly stated in your plan.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Daftar's total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the fees paid by your firm in the 12 months preceding the claim. Daftar is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced via email or in-product notice at least 30 days before they take effect.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction stated in your order form. If none is stated, by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, with exclusive venue in Dubai.
